In the unfortunate event of an accident, the driver assumes responsibility for any cart damage and associated costs.
To ensure a smooth and considerate game, common sense should prevail. Avoid driving your cart in front of other players on the course, and as a matter of courtesy, refrain from moving forward or backward when a fellow player is addressing the ball.
